Our History

Vital Private Limited started exporting its products in 1942, making it one of the few Pakistani companies to do so after partition in 1947. In the early 1950s, the company expanded its production to include a wide range of sports equipment, such as cricket balls, footballs, rugby balls, basketballs, volleyballs, tennis and badminton rackets, and cricket bats.

In 1960, Vital formed a joint venture with a German company to establish a state-of-the-art tannery for preparing leather for footballs and gloves, further expanding its offerings and solidifying its position as a leading sports equipment manufacturer. In 1976, Vital ventured into textile manufacturing and by 1985 expanded into the production and sale of two product lines; workwear and leisurewear.

Our Present

Currently, the company manufactures workwear, leisurewear, and performance wear in its 200,000 square foot facility located in Sialkot. Vital boasts a vertically integrated plant that encompasses all stages of production, including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing and finishing, as well as cutting and sewing, all of which are carried out in-house.

Our monthly capacities are as follows:

• Cotton yarn: 1,000 bags

• Knitted fabric: 180,000 kg

• Woven fabric: 125,000 meters

• Dyed fabric: 180,000 kg

• Leisure wear garments: 100,000 pieces

• Work wear garments: 60,000 pieces

• Leather work wear garments: 8,000 pieces

• Leather gloves: 250,000 pairs

• Cotton gloves: 1,500,000 pairs

• Dipped gloves: 45,000-50,000 pairs

• Mechanical gloves: 20,000-30,000 pairs
