HISTORY
Established in 1934 by the late chairman, Mirza Mohammad Iqbal Barlas, Vital Private Limited began its journey as a manufacturer of various sports articles. Mirza Saeed Ahmad Barlas, the present Managing Director, became a part of the team in 1944. Both the Chairman and the Managing Director were joined by their sons in the late sixties and eighties.
Vital Private Limited started exporting its products in 1942, making it one of the few Pakistani companies to do so after partition in 1947. In the early fifties, the company expanded its production to include a wide range of sports equipment, such as cricket balls, footballs, rugby balls, basketballs, volleyballs, tennis and badminton rackets, and cricket bats.
